DEPLOYMENT NANO CHEMISTRY TECHNOLOGY

For over 50 years, crude oil desludging technology advancement has been incrementally slow, with almost insignificant change occurring. Today, with our revolutionary F-16 technology, the crude oil desludging process can now be done not only much faster but also at a significantly lower production cost.

We believe our utilization of Nanochemistry technology in the crude oil desludging process has the potential to radically transform the Oil and Gas industry, shifting it to a different level. In general, the implementation of Nanochemistry tech promises advantages in the aspects of desludging capability, performance maximisation and enhanced execution efficiency. With F-16, the small molecule size enables it to penetrate the sludge even without heat and mechanical mixing.

QUICK TURNAROUND

Large molecules require big amounts of energy to trigger a chemical reaction which in turn takes a longer time. However, the small molecule size of the F-16 Nanochemistry technology makes it more efficient, like moving ants instead of a big elephant. Hence, F-16 ensures that the chemical reaction takes place much faster.

MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE WITH LOW DOSAGE

Low Dosage Nanochemistry technology is highly effective in terms of reaction. Thus, only a low dosage is needed for F-16 to work.

NO HEAT REQUIRED

Conventionally, heat is required to excite the chemical reaction.The small molecular size of the F-16 chemical allows it to work without additional heat.

MINIMAL MECHANICAL INTERVENTION

Nano chemistry particle is small enough to travel into other mediums with minimal resistance, akin to pouring fine sands between big stones. Therefore, the F-16 chemical requires minimal mechanical intervention to spread seamlessly into the sludge

Crude Sludge Treatment

Challenged to solve sludge build-up issue in one of Malaysia Crude Oil Terminal

F-16 Formulation

To encounter sludge issue in Crude Oil Terminal, we start to formulate chemical solutions. We managed to formulate non-acidic solution to recover sludge.

2011
Drum Pilot Test

This test was witnessed by PETRONAS and 3rd party to prove the technology efficiency.

Collaboration with Petronas Research (GTS)

First collaborated with GTS to develop F-16 and tested at PETRONAS facilities.

2012
Malaysia Crude Oil Terminal

First deployed full F-16 application in west Malaysia Crude Oil Terminal and managed to recover 60,000 barrels oil per tank.

2013
Refinery Sludge Recovery

Extend F-16 oil recovery in Malaysia oil refinery. It is a success. We have proven the robustness of F-16 technology.

2014
Collaboration with Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP)

Continue to develop the technology by collaborating with UTP to enhance our knowledge. This is important to establish this technology and strengthen the fundamental.

2015
Global Heavy Crude & Sludge Testing

To extend F-16 technology globally, we have tested F-16 on hard crude from Venuezuela, South Africa, and Oklahoma.

2016
Collaboration with Petronas Technology Venture (PTV)

Signed an agreement (NDA) with PTV for F-16 research development collaboration.
